You will receive a call you with the final set-up call to complete all final details of the class including payment arrangements.
We offer a free consultation for all new customers. During this time, we answer any questions, comments or concerns potential customers may have. After the iniital consultation, a quote is generated for the customer and then the class is scheduled.
We try and help our customers as much as possible by working out a plan that fits within their budget. We are willing to flex pricing a bit to accommodate our customer's specific requests and unique needs. Our mission is to offer the most affordable and highest quality training in Health and Safety training in Western NY.
All students are certified through one of three organizations:
1. The American Red Cross (ARC)
2. The American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI)
3. The American Heart Association (AHA)
The duration of our training varies from class to class, but usually last the following amounts of time:
· CPR/AED: 2-3 hours
· First Aid: 2 hours
· CPR/AED & First Aid: 4-5 hours
· Basic Life Support (BLS): 4 hours
· Babysitter Training: 6 hours
· Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP): 1 hour
· Safety First for Children: 1.5 hours
· Basic First Aid for Children: 1.5 hours
· Choking Overviews: 30 min.-1 hour
The CPR class covers adult, child, and infant CPR training. The student materials are included as part of the course.
Depending on which course is taken, the participants will either receive their physical card(s) upon completion of the course or they will receive their e-card(s) up to 30 days after the course is taken.
Ready to Respond Training Services has top instructors that have backgrounds in emergency medical care, specifically Emergency Medical Services (EMS), as well as health and safety education.
If the class size is over 12 students, additional instructors will be provided. We will need to know how many participants you will have in your training when you book the class.
Yes, absolutely! We would be happy to provide multiple training courses for your staff in one day, as long as there is a minimum of 5 students in each class.
When your class is booked, someone from Ready to Respond Training Services will ask you about the final details of the class including payment arrangements. We will need to know ahead of time if you would like to pay in advance for the course. We accept the following forms of payment:
We are based in Rochester, NY, but we will travel anywhere in the Northeast. If you are over 50 miles away, there is a $50 delivery charge; if you are over 100 miles there is a $100 delivery charge, and if you are over 200 miles away, there is a $250 delivery charge. We currently have customers that fall into all 3 categories. We are more than happy to travel to your building/facility.
The certifications for the following courses are valid for 2 years:
The certification for the Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) course is valid for 1 year. There is no expiration for the Babysitter Training course. There are no certificates issued for the following courses:
